On May 27 Brad and I ran with his team from work in the Corporate Challenge 3.5mi race downtown, amid 20,000 other runners from over 500 different Chicago area companies. It was on a Thursday night and took us 2.5 hours by bus to get there. Yikes! Anyway, we ran at 7:15pm and it was a BEAUTIFUL night to be in downtown Chicago. We ran together and finished at the exact same time, despite my attempts to sprint passed him into the finish line :) Luckily the ride home did not take nearly as long as the ride into town.Thursday, June 10, 2010
