Alex is all about trains...morning, noon, and night. He wakes up in the morning and first thing he asks to do is "pway twains?". I took this picture the other day of him laying across the track to play with the new motorized Thomas Steam Engine set on the floor. You add water to the engine and it "steams" along the track, very cute.

That about sums up each day :) Actually, pickles is a relatively new addition. In fact, today he picked out pickles at the grocery store, held the jar all the way up to the cash register, and ate them as soon as we got home. He also spotted the red raspberries and really wanted to have those to eat too this week. The dialogue went like this:
Alex: "Jacket off, eat pickles"
Mom: "Ok, sure"
Alex (while eating pickles): "Eat red raspberries"
Mom: "Not with your pickles Alex, we'll have those with dinner"
