Walt Disney World 09

Abby (in her handmade Minnie dress by Grandma Kathy) and Alex at Chef Mickey's for breakfast.

Watching the electric light parade at the Magic Kingdom.

Finally got my mouse ears!

All smiles!

Argh!

We just flew back from spending the week in Disney World and boy are our arms tired! We had a fabulous time this year, staying at the Polynesian Resort which was much more convenient with small kiddos. Alex loved being so close to the monorail, watching the boat parade each night from the beach, swimming in the pool, watching the fireworks, and going to the Magic Kingdom everyday!
We went during the free dining promotion which meant each day we were entitled to one snack, one counter-service meal, and one table-service meal per person. This worked out great for us and boy did we eat! If Brad and I weren't currently sidelined with the swine flu, we'd surely be hitting up the gym! The lines were short and in many cases non-existent, which allowed us to get a lot more out of our visit to the parks. Abby was very content sitting on our laps on most rides or napping in her stroller. She also learned how to pull up to standing in her crib while on vacation. Disney is truly the happiest place on Earth!
